Two killed when Eastern Shore woman drove wrong way on I-70
HANCOCK, MD (Aug. 4, 2015) – An Eastern Shore motorist killed her son and the driver of a big rig on Interstate 70 when she drove her small car into the truck while traveling in the wrong direction at 2:30 am.
POWHATAN CO., Va.- Another case of suicide by cop is reported from the Virginia State Police when an armed man confronted a deputy responding to the scene of an armed man in a domestic dispute. Such incidents can end only one of two ways; the armed man puts down his gun and assumes the position just like on TV or he aims his weapon at the cop and is dropped in his tracks.
SALISBURY, MD – When Maryland State Police along with Wicomico Sheriff’s Deputies and Salisbury Police find the person who shot a man to death they will jail him but they could simply give him a gold star to hang in his cell. The dead guy in this latest Maryland Murder is also a convicted armed robber who just two years ago stuck up a clerk in a convenience store at gunpoint.

LAUREL, DEL. — The deaths of two children at two daycare centers earlier this year have been attributed to homicide on the part of workers at the facilities. The Delaware State Police and the Delaware Department of Justice have announced the indictment and arrest of two women in Sussex County believed to be responsible for the deaths of children in two separate cases. Both were indicted by a grand jury on Monday July 27th and have been arrested.
LUSBY, MD. — Those who are unaware of the swift currents in the Chesapeake Bay at Cove Point Lighthouse should take note of the fact that three people have drowned at that location in one week. Daniel Jason Brown and his brother, Douglas Brown Jr. died on July 27th when both men were caught in the currents of the Bay and drowned. Daniel’s body was recovered the day he died while his brother’s body was found two days later.
WOODBRIDGE, VA. – Prince William Police report that Bryan Petteway would rather take a chance on joining the mass incarceration of dirtbags in the state prison than work to be able to enjoy a pizza. Cops say he robbed a pizza delivery driver at gunpoint. He better hope it was a good pizza as the state prison doesn’t serve pizza but they do have SOS
Over the next few hours the investigators determined that the fire did not start outside of the passenger compartment, but instead started in the front-seat area. During the investigation, the investigators ruled out any mechanical malfunction, including the fuel lines and fuel tank. Fire Marshal Investigators detected a strong odor, similar to gasoline, in and around the white 1993 Toyota Corolla. Fire Marshall’s determined that the fire originated in the passenger compartment of the white Toyota and believe that the fire was intentionally started using an accelerant. Due to these suspicious circumstances, the Montgomery County Police Major Crimes Division began to lead the investigation.
