The Toyota truck that struck Dfc. Wilson’s vehicle then turned left, drove off of the roadway and intentionally struck Dfc. Wilson’s vehicle a second time and continued to accelerate, pushing the patrol vehicle backwards down a slight embankment.

Others pointed to a Five Guys restaurant that was also passing out free burgers to National Guard members.
“I’m disgusted by that,” says Natalie Finegar, the deputy district public defender for Baltimore City. “I think that’s cruel and unusual punishment if you ask. You’ve had people in Central Booking for two days without the opportunity to have contact with their families, post bail, or even know why they are there.”
