5-6-2015 Joseph Edwards age 52, of Snow Hill, MD was arrested by the Pocomoke City Police Department and charged with 1st, 3rd and 4th Degree Burglary, Reckless Endangerment and Intent to Injure with dangerous weapon.

Information obtained on scene was Brown, who was working as driver for “Big Daddy Ice Cream” truck, pulled into the court, during the course of his employment, and stopped in the 400 Block of Vermont Court. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5′ 8′ – 5’10” tall, weighing approximately 170-190 pounds, wearing blue jeans and black shirt.
As the subject was still sitting in his vehicle, a male suspect, who was standing on the motel balcony, began firing multiple shots towards the car from a gun, striking it numerous times. The victim was able to exit his vehicle and flee from the area. He was not injured. The suspect, along with a second male who was with him, both fled from the motel in an unknown make and model vehicle.
Upon arrival, the deputy observed two individuals engaged in a loud verbal altercation that culminated when one of them, John Terry, assaulted the other in full view of the deputy.The deputy learned that the pair was arguing over a birthday cake.
