<h2>MURDER USA Family feud gunfire sends two packing, one to hospital and Dustin Jackson to jail on attempted murder charges</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">BALTIMORE, MD. – Baltimore Police have now charged a 24-year-old West Baltimore man and charged him with attempted murder in a shooting that took place during a family feud.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Police say that on November 28, 2017, following a family dispute, a 44-year-old man was shot in a residence located in the 100 block of N. Culver Street.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The victim was taken to an area hospital where he was treated for his injuries.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Citywide shooting detectives investigated this incident. After speaking with the victim and several witnesses, suspects were identified, and arrest warrants were obtained.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On December 4, 2017, 24-year-old Dustin Jackson of 137 N. Culver Street, Baltimore, Md., was arrested by Detective Jay R. Rose, in the 2600 block of Quantico Avenue. Jackson has been charged with 1st Degree Attempted Murder, in connection with this shooting.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Currently, Jackson was lodged on Dec. 5, 2017, in Central Booking waiting to see a court commissioner.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Dustin Jackson was also served with an additional arrest warrant, charging him with 1st Degree Assault and faces a preliminary hearing on Jan. 4, 2018 in Baltimore City District Court.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">An active warrant issued by a District Court Judge on Nov. 10, 2016, for use of a firearm in a felony, first-degree assault, violating an ex parte and protective order is set for a hearing on Jan. 2, 2018. Two other domestic violence orders were placed against Jackson in 2016.</span></p>
