<h2>DWI HIT PARADE: Bambi is no fawn when it comes to DUI arrests; up for 4th DUI charge</h2>

Cusic was also charged with possession of drugs and is represented by Hammad Matin of La Plata, Md. A trial date of Feb. 21, 2017 has been set for this case. Multiple traffic charges of failing to provide a driver’s license upon request, negligent driving, and running a stop sign are also pending an outcome in court.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Cusic was arrested for DWI on Oct. 4, 2013, by St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy A. Beishline at 11:47 pm on Great Mills Road in Great Mills, Md. In a plea deal with St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz on May 8, 2014, Cusic was given Probation Before Judgement with sixty days in jail and all but four days suspended and could serve the time on two weekends. Cusic didn’t need an attorney to make this deal with Fritz.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><a href="https://www.the-chesapeake.com//2014/04/25/mackall-snapped-led-cops-st-marys-dui-grand-prix-wheels-chase-circled-county/dwi-hit-parade-dating-service/" rel="attachment wp-att-3672"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-3672" src="https://www.the-chesapeake.com//wp-content/uploads/2014/04/DWI-Hit-Parade-dating-service-267x300.jpg" alt="" width="267" height="300" /></a>Cusic was arrested for DWI by drugs and or alcohol on Sept. 11, 2010, by Maryland State Trooper Pilkerton at 4:09 pm as she drove a 2007 Ford on Rt. 5 south of Sunnyside Road in St. Mary’s County, Md. In a plea deal on Dec. 3, 2010, which required the services of noted DUI attorney Joseph F. Vallario Jr. to negotiate with Fritz, Cusic entered a guilty plea in exchange for a fine of $492.00 and no jail time. A charge of driving on a suspended license was put on the Stet Docket with no fine and no time.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Arrested for DWI on Aug. 29, 2003, by Maryland State Trooper Michael Laney, the charge was dropped by St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz on Sept. 30, 2003, a disposition that may have set a record for being dumped so quickly. Attorney David G. Shriver, of Mechanicsville, represented Cusic in the case.</span></li>
