NEW CASTLE, DEL.  – Delaware State Police Spokesman Master Corporal Jeffrey R. Hale reports that Troopers have arrested an 18-year-old Bradford Pollock, of New Castle, Del., and charged him with the fatal hit and run crash which killed a 54-year-old woman at 7:55 pm on Christmas Eve, Saturday, December 24, 2016.

Troopers arrested Pollock on Sunday, December 25, 2016, after they were called to respond to a residence located in the unit block of Prangs Lane, Rambleton Acres, New Castle, about a vehicle in the driveway which had front end damage to it. Upon their arrival, troopers located a white Chevrolet Impala that had front end damage to its right front area. Further examination of the vehicle revealed evidence linking the car to the crash. Troopers then contacted Pollock inside of the home and were subsequently able to identify him as the operator of the Impala which struck and killed Lisa Bolden, 54, on Christiana Road just east of East Edinburgh Drive on December 24th.
