<h2>MURDER USA Fat Daddy’s Crab shooting fatal to Daniel Lyles; Cops Seek Killer</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">RANDALLSTOWN, MD. &#8212; It was dinner time in Randallstown as the fat crabs were being steamed the bar patrons were loading up on their favorite brew when Baltimore County Police got a call for a freshly ventilated #1 Jimmy, which is Maryland crab vernacular for a male crab. Only this male crab was a human and police say he was just plain old dead, no report if he had been steamed but he did appear to have fresh lead in his upper body.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">There was no throwing this guy back; his remains were hauled off to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an exact cause and manner of death, other than the visual results of gunfire.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Baltimore County Police says the victim is 32-year-old Daniel Anthony Lyles of Parkville.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Homicide detectives are continuing to investigate this incident that took place at Just before 6 pm at Fat Daddy’s Crabs in the 9000 block of Liberty Rd, Randallstown, Md., for a report of a person that had fallen. When officers arrived on the scene, they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the upper body. He was declared deceased at the scene.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lyles, of Hiss Ave., in Parkville, Md., was ordered to stay away from a victim’s residence, workplace or job by a District Court Judge in Baltimore County on May 9, </span>2016<span style="font-size: 12pt;">, with the order currently in force. Lyles was ordered to surrender any firearms, which might have come in handy in the showdown in Fat Daddy’s – which he lost.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">If the Baltimore County States Attorney had not agreed to a plea deal on burglary charges which were filed against Lyles on Jan. 27, 2015, he might still be alive. The deal dropped assault charges against Lyles and judgments for restitution were granted to Andre Gibson and Henderson Webb, according to court records. Lyles entered a guilty plea to a fourth-degree burglary on June 18, 2015, and was given one year in jail with all of the jail time suspended, put on probation and ordered to pay fees and the restitution to the victims. Court records show he never paid anything as of July 19, 2016. With his murder in the </span>crabhouse<span style="font-size: 12pt;">, nobody gets paid.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">In Baltimore City Circuit Court, Lyles entered a guilty plea to assault in a deal with the Baltimore City States Attorney on April 30, 2004. Robbery charges were dropped in the plea deal, and he was sent to jail for four years </span>for<span style="font-size: 12pt;"> three years and 11 months and 26 days suspended.</span></p>
