MURDER USA: COPS COLLARED DRUG DEALER KILLER ON A METROBUS
Alsobrooks let this killer walk on a gun charge – is Tinkerbell up to the job?

TEMPLE HILLS, MD. — Thanks to PG States Attorney Angela Alsobrooks, another gun-toting killer was walking the streets instead of being incarcerated for a prior drug crime. Then he committed a crime of murder, one that Alsobrooks says is illegal in PG County, which ought to be a real shocker to the public as murders soar in THUGVILLE.
PG Police reports that on Tuesday, June 7, 2016, a Prince Georges Police School Resource Officers spotted the suspect wanted for a recent homicide in Temple Hills. The suspect, 21-year-old Jamual Robert Toye of 5060 #103, Silver Hill Court in Forestville, Md., was walking toward a shopping center around 8:00 am in the 7000 block of Allentown Road. The PG Police Homicide Unit had a warrant for Toye charging him for the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Timothy Demetric Turner, of 9015 Dixon Road, Clinton, Md. on Allentown Road in Clinton on May 16th.
The school resource officer, Corporal Myron Young, was in his cruiser when he first saw Toye. He immediately called for backup officers while keeping an eye on the suspect.
Toye ran a short distance and tossed a gun before being taken into custody by another officer in the 3400 block of Brinkley Road.
Moments later, Toye boarded a Metrobus. Corporal Young and additional officers followed the bus for a short distance before pulling it over. Corporal Young and a second officer boarded the bus. Toye threw a drink at Corporal Young and managed to jump off the bus. Toye ran a short distance and tossed a gun before being taken into custody by another officer in the 3400 block of Brinkley Road.
Toye is charged with first and second-degree murder assault and use of a firearm by a convicted felon in the conduct a new crime, which, is in this case, was murder.
This is one more instance of the great failure of gun grabbing liberals that expect that criminals will obey the law as they seek to take firearms from citizens to leave them helpless in dealing with violent criminals such as this allegedly murderous dirtbag.
The record shows that he was arrested on charges of identity theft, possession of a handgun, resisting arrest and theft on Oct. 1, 2014, by PG Police. In District Court on Dec. 5, 2014, States Attorney Angela Alsobrooks cooked a sweet deal for the gun-toting criminal and let him off with no fine and a suspended sentence of two years and three months with credit for time served of 67 days.
PG Police said that, preliminarily, the motive for the fatal shooting appears to be a drug-related robbery. He’s in the custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status.

What does the PG County Prosecutor do with vicious killers like Toye? The record shows that he was arrested on charges of identity theft, possession of a handgun, resisting arrest and theft on Oct. 1, 2014, by PG Police. In District Court on Dec. 5, 2014, States Attorney Angela Alsobrooks cooked a sweet deal for the gun-toting criminal and let him off with no fine and a suspended sentence of two years and three months with credit for time served of 67 days. Llamilet Gutierrez and Jennifer Park were the two taxpayer-provided free attorneys who cooked this deal with Alsobrooks. The deal let him back on the streets to continue to pursue his life of crime and drug dealing with impunity while Alsobrooks continues to hold press conferences to claim she is making sure murder is illegal in Prince Georges County. Another Maryland Memory of Alice in Wonderland Judiciary at work.
Toye shows he is a travelling man and ventured off into the wilds of Western Maryland where one assault charge was dropped in Garrett County and he got a free pass from the Frederick County States Attorney with a Stet Docket of an assault charge in that county. They were likely glad to send Toye back to Thugville in PG County.
