<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">There are a thousand stories in the Naked City, and this is one of them about an armed home invasion that was marked by gunfire by the gang that couldn’t shoot straight.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">St. Mary’s Sheriff Tim Cameron reports that on April 26, 2016, at approximately 10:18 pm, patrol officers from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Coronet Place in Lexington Park, for the report of shots fired at a residence. Patrol deputies responded to the residence, which was struck during the shooting, and located a victim with stab wounds. The victim was transported to a medical facility for treatment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Detectives and Crime Lab Technicians from the Criminal Investigations Division responded to the scene and assumed the investigation. Detectives obtained evidence, which led to a Search and Seizure Warrant for a residence in Lexington Park, Maryland, and arrest warrants for the suspects. While executing the search warrant with the assistance of the Emergency Services Team, K9, and CID Support Team, Detectives located and arrested:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Keyonte Tarez Robinson, 23, of Lexington Park, Maryland</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Delonte Deangelo Harvey, 23, of California, Maryland</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Javone Lawrence Warrick, 25, of California, Maryland</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The three suspects were transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, and arrest warrants were served for the following charges:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">-Five counts of Assault First Degree</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">-Five counts of Assault Second Degree</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">-Armed Robbery</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">-Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">-Reckless Endangerment</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Robinson entered a guilty plea to malicious property destruction on Nov. 5, 2015</span>,<span style="font-size: 12pt;"> and was given 60 days in jail as a result of the plea deal with St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz. All 60 days of the jail term were suspended as part of the deal and three other charges were dropped. A taxpayer provided (free) attorney, Ryan Posey, got this deal for Robinson who spent a total of one night in jail after being arrested by St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy Austin Schultz on Oct. 5, </span>2015,<span style="font-size: 12pt;"> on two counts of assault and two counts of property destruction.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On June 23, 2015, Robinson charged with assault and on Sept. 17, 2015, Fritz dropped the charge.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Robinson was indicted by a St. Mary’s County Grand Jury, with evidence and witnesses assembled by St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz on Jan. 14, 2014 for seven counts of first-degree assault; second-degree assault, first-degree burglary, robbery, and theft. Investigators in the case were St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputies Rozier Steinbach, Sarah Russell, Elizabeth Croyle, Timothy Snyder, Jason Maletto and Cathy Shoemaker. After an exhaustive presentation to the Grand Jury of testimony from all witnesses, on Aug. 15, 2014, Fritz dropped all of the charges prior to going to trial.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On March 21, 2016, Robinson posted this message on his Facebook page, perhaps an ominous warning of the criminal actions he has most recently been charged with</span> <span style="font-size: 12pt;">committing; </span><br />
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">“We going take this southside bangers s*** to a whole other world we got a way out and we </span>ready<span style="font-size: 12pt;"> be free s/o to ask my brovas”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On April 18, 2016, Robinson posted this message:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">“Ima </span>get<span style="font-size: 12pt;"> all you lil boys, grown man, OG&#8217;s, old heads bamma ass niggas broke ass niggas, family niggas, house niggas and you walking ass niggas out the way if niggas want to talk outside </span>there<span style="font-size: 12pt;"> f***** necks. For real you niggas </span>dont<span style="font-size: 12pt;"> know </span>me an i<span style="font-size: 12pt;"> will smash you all (PSA!!!!) NOW CHECK A NIGGA IF YOU FROGGY&#8230;and </span>im<span style="font-size: 12pt;"> not in my bag </span>im<span style="font-size: 12pt;"> just putting it out there nice and easy. Everybody have a lovely night cause </span>i<span style="font-size: 12pt;"> will”. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">In prison, Robinson can attend Remedial Thuggery 101.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Delonte Deangelo Harvey, who didn’t have an address until he was thrown in the slammer at the Hotel St. Mary’s, will face his preliminary hearing in St. Mary’s County District Court on May 26, 2016.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Harvey won’t be a stranger to St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz. Fritz prepared a lengthy criminal information complaint in St. Mary’s Circuit Court on Aug. 7, 2015, against Harvey. When taxpayer provided public defender Sean Moran filed as Harvey’s attorney, apparently Fritz lost all confidence in the six counts of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, theft, reckless endangerment, carrying and wearing a handgun in a vehicle and more. Fritz abruptly dropped all the charges on Jan. 8, 2016. Among the common reasons why a prosecutor drops the charges are a witness being murdered, police losing the evidence or that the accused drops the dime on drug dealers and the charges vanish. Whoosh! Gone! Harvey’s two codefendants in the case, Henry Clay Hinson III, and Donald Levi Warrick Jr., also had their charges disappear.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Harvey was charged with telephone misuse and threats of arson for acts taking place on May 11, 2015. He was charged by Deputy S. Lefave and represented by the taxpayer provide free public defender Eric Sullivan. Sullivan got his client off in a plea deal with Fritz on Oct. 29, 2015, with no fine and no time. Now that bad boy will have all these charges brought back against him due to this most recent adventure in the criminal world of the Heathens of Lexington Park.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">In a case of malicious property destruction which took place on Dec. 12, 2014, Harvey, who was living in Callaway, Md., at the time, was arrested by St. Mary’s Deputy Dustin McClure. Harvey entered a guilty plea in a plea deal with Fritz on April 2, 2015. The deal between free attorney Sullivan and Fritz called for no fine and 30 days in jail with 24 days suspended.</span></p>
