The victim is 18-year-old Joseph Titus Abariko of Riverdale Road in Riverdale. Detectives spent the morning canvassing the Largo neighborhood to gather more information in this case. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and indictment. Preliminarily, detectives do not believe this was a random act.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">On August 7, 2015, at about 11:45 pm, officers were called to the 11500 block of Bennington Drive for a shooting. When they arrived, they found Abariko outside suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">The victim was at a home on Bennington Drive to attend a party. Preliminarily, it appears the shooting may be connected to a fight that broke out outside the home. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">Investigators are working to identify a motive and a suspect(s) in this case.</span></p>
