<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">RANDALLSTOWN, MD. &#8212; A woman that police believe shot and killed Lonnie B. Paye Jr., of Randallstown has been nabbed in Michigan. ; News reports in Michigan state Maryland court records do not yet show an arrest warrant for Deidra Griffin as the warrants could be sealed until officers notify the court that she has been apprehended.</span></p>



<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Baltimore County Police have released further details about the nature of the relationship between the suspect, 40-year-old Deidra Veella Griffin, and the victim, 51-year-old Lonnie Bernard Paye Jr.</span></p>



<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Griffin had lived in Maryland for several years and became involved in a relationship with Paye during that time. Griffin and Paye have a child in common, a male less than one year old. Griffin moved to Michigan while still pregnant with the child.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Investigators also learned that there had been a custody dispute in Michigan involving the child.</span></p>



<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">When police arrested Griffin at her home on Monday, they also recovered evidence in connection with the homicide investigation.</span></p>



<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This incident remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit.</span></p>



<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">An address for Griffin associated with a civil case showed that she had lived at South Mountain Street in Bay City, Michigan in 2010.</span></p>



<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">An extradition hearing has been set in Bay County, Michigan for Aug. 6, 2015. ;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">BAY CITY, MI — A 40-year-old woman is in the Bay County Jail, awaiting extradition to Baltimore County, Maryland, on charges stemming from the slaying of a man there.</span></p>



<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Four homicide detectives from the Baltimore County Police Department and Bay County Sheriff&#8217;s deputies on the night of Monday, July 20, executed a search warrant at a home in the 2100 block of Midland Road in Monitor Township. In the process, they arrested resident Deidra Griffin.</span></p>



<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Authorities allege Griffin shot and killed 51-year-old Lonnie B. Paye Jr. of Randallstown, Maryland. Police discovered his body inside his home on Wednesday, July 1, after someone called 911 to ask they check on Paye, according to Maryland media reports.</span></p>



<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Police there contacted the Bay County Sheriff&#8217;s office July 4, seeking assistance in their investigation, said Bay County Undersheriff Troy Cunningham.</span></p>



<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">In conducting their search on Griffin&#8217;s residence, investigators recovered evidence they believe directly pertains to Paye&#8217;s killing, Bay County Prosecutor Kurt C.
