Slice and Dice in Hallways of Frederick Douglas High School
UPPER MARLBORO, MD. — What every future thug of America needs to learn in high school, besides how to participate in the marketing of narcotics for fun and profit, is the proper way to slice and dice.
The Prince George’s County Police Department reports that it is investigating an assault that occurred at a high school in Upper Marlboro.
On June 2, 2015, at about 7:40 am, patrol officers were called to Frederick Douglass High School in the 8000 block of Croom Road for the report of a stabbing. Once on scene, officers discovered the victim, a 16-year-old male student, suffering from a stab wound. He was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The 14-year-old suspect, also a Frederick Douglass student, also was transported for minor injuries. He’s facing charges as a juvenile.
Detectives believe the incident stemmed from a previous fight between the two students. That carried over to the next day, say police, when the suspect pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed the victim.
