<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">ARBUTUS, MD. &#8212; Baltimore County Police report that Wilkens/Precinct 1 detectives have charged two suspects in connection with a November 14 street robbery in Halethorpe.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">•<strong>Brandon Anthony Fallon, 16</strong>, &#8211; Charged as an adult, of the 3200 block of Rosalie Road 21227 is charged with armed robbery and related charges. He was released on $50,000 bail.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">•<strong>Michael George Kohl Jr., 16</strong> – Charged as an adult, of the 900 block of Elm Road 21227 is charged with armed robbery and related charges. He is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $50,000 bail.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">On November 14 around 7:45 p.m., police responded to the area of the 3300 block of Washington Boulevard 21227 for a report of a robbery. The initial investigation indicated that the victim and his brother were in the 3300 block of Washington Boulevard when they were approached by the suspects who demanded money. The suspects took cash, a cell phone, and a wallet before fleeing the scene.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">The suspects tried to use a bank card from the stolen wallet at a nearby ATM and their pictures were captured on the bank’s surveillance system.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">Detectives were able to identify both suspects and take them into custody.</span></p>
<h1><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Cambria; font-size: x-large;">Man who died in Owings Mills Fire Identified</span></h1>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">OWINGS MILLS, MD. &#8212; Baltimore County Police have identified the man that died in the fire on Tricount Court early on Dec. 10, 2014, in the morning as 75-year-old <strong>John Clark Johnson</strong>. He resided in the apartment in which the fire occurred.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">The current conditions of the other people injured as a result of the fire are not known.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">This incident remains under investigation by <strong>Baltimore County Police Department fire investigators</strong>. Investigators believe that there is nothing suspicious about the fire.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">An early morning apartment fire in Owings Mills has left one man deceased.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">At 2 a.m., the <strong>Baltimore County Fire Department</strong> responded to the unit block of Tricount Court, 21117, in the <strong>Painters Mill Apartments</strong>, for a report of an apartment fire. When first-arriving fire personnel arrived on the scene, they found fire showing on the second floor and several people trapped.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">Firefighters rescued a man and a woman from an apartment on the second floor. The woman, who firefighters helped walk from the building, was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Burn Center for treatment of serious injuries. Her current condition is unknown. The injured man was not conscious when firefighters carried from the apartment. He was transported to Northwest Hospital Center, where he later died. Police have not yet identified him.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">Two other people drove themselves to Northwest Hospital Center for treatment of non life-threatening injuries. A volunteer firefighter was treated at the scene for minor injuries.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">Residents of other units were not displaced.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">The fire was relatively small and contained to the second floor apartment. It was brought under control at 2:50 a.m. About 15 pieces of fire equipment and 60 firefighters responded to this scene.</span></p>
