<h1><a href="https&colon;//www&period;the-chesapeake&period;com//wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Teens-old-enough-for-prison&period;jpg"><img class="alignleft wp-image-6860 size-large" src="https&colon;//www&period;the-chesapeake&period;com//wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Teens-old-enough-for-prison-1024x759&period;jpg" alt="Teens old enough for prison" width="580" height="429" /> &NewLine;</a></h1>&NewLine;ARBUTUS, MD&period; &&num;8212&semi; Baltimore County Police report that Wilkens/Precinct 1 detectives have charged two suspects in connection with a November 14 street robbery in Halethorpe&period;&NewLine;•Brandon Anthony Fallon, 16, &&num;8211&semi; Charged as an adult, of the 3200 block of Rosalie Road 21227 is charged with armed robbery and related charges&period; He was released on &dollar;50,000 bail&period;&NewLine;•Michael George Kohl Jr&period;, 16 – Charged as an adult, of the 900 block of Elm Road 21227 is charged with armed robbery and related charges&period; He is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on &dollar;50,000 bail&period;&NewLine;On November 14 around 7&colon;45 p&period;m&period;, police responded to the area of the 3300 block of Washington Boulevard 21227 for a report of a robbery&period; The initial investigation indicated that the victim and his brother were in the 3300 block of Washington Boulevard when they were approached by the suspects who demanded money&period; The suspects took cash, a cell phone, and a wallet before fleeing the scene&period;&NewLine;The suspects tried to use a bank card from the stolen wallet at a nearby ATM and their pictures were captured on the bank’s surveillance system&period;&NewLine;Detectives were able to identify both suspects and take them into custody&period;&NewLine;<h1>Man who died in Owings Mills Fire Identified</h1>&NewLine;OWINGS MILLS, MD&period; &&num;8212&semi; Baltimore County Police have identified the man that died in the fire on Tricount Court early on Dec&period; 10, 2014, in the morning as 75-year-old John Clark Johnson&period; He resided in the apartment in which the fire occurred&period;&NewLine;The current conditions of the other people injured as a result of the fire are not known&period;&NewLine;This incident remains under investigation by Baltimore County Police Department fire investigators&period; Investigators believe that there is nothing suspicious about the fire&period;&NewLine;An early morning apartment fire in Owings Mills has left one man deceased&period;&NewLine;At 2 a&period;m&period;, the Baltimore County Fire Department responded to the unit block of Tricount Court, 21117, in the Painters Mill Apartments, for a report of an apartment fire&period; When first-arriving fire personnel arrived on the scene, they found fire showing on the second floor and several people trapped&period;&NewLine;Firefighters rescued a man and a woman from an apartment on the second floor&period; The woman, who firefighters helped walk from the building, was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Burn Center for treatment of serious injuries&period; Her current condition is unknown&period; The injured man was not conscious when firefighters carried from the apartment&period; He was transported to Northwest Hospital Center, where he later died&period; Police have not yet identified him&period;&NewLine;Two other people drove themselves to Northwest Hospital Center for treatment of non life-threatening injuries&period; A volunteer firefighter was treated at the scene for minor injuries&period;&NewLine;Residents of other units were not displaced&period;&NewLine;The fire was relatively small and contained to the second floor apartment&period; It was brought under control at 2&colon;50 a&period;m&period; About 15 pieces of fire equipment and 60 firefighters responded to this scene&period;&NewLine; &NewLine;&nbsp&semi;&NewLine;&nbsp&semi;&NewLine;
