Police Investigate Home Invasion, Assault in Precinct 9/White Marsh
BCoPD detectives are investigating a November 7 home invasion and assault on a 31-year-old woman in the 9200 block of Oswald Way, 21237, in Precinct 9/White Marsh.
Police responded to the Oswald Way home at about 1 a.m. on November 7. The victim, who displayed physical injuries and was later treated at a local hospital, said she was home alone when she was attacked.
The victim could not provide a description of the suspect.
Investigators believe the suspect may have been able to access the home through an unlocked door.

At 9:27 p.m., officers responded to a burglary in process. Officers saw two suspects running from the location. One suspect was subdued on Garden Ridge Road and Taylor Avenue, while the other suspect was subdued in the alley way behind Frederick Road and South Medwick. No items related to the burglary were recovered.

At 3:13 p.m., an officer responded to a robbery at Old Mill Bakery Cafe. An unknown male subject entered the store, displayed a handgun and demanded that the cash register be opened. Subject left location without money.

November 13: Third Degree Burglary, 1100 Block of Pleasant Valley Drive 21228
At 3:15 a.m., a known subject entered the victim’s house, without permission, through a bedroom window. The homeowner forced the suspect from the location. The suspect was arrested later.
November 12: Armed Robbery, Unit Block of Retinue Court 21207
At 9:20 p.m., two unknown male subjects robbed the victim at gun point. The suspects took a cellphone and tablet. They fled towards Essex Road.
November 12: Armed Robbery, 8700 Block of Liberty Road 21133
Police responded to a call for an Armed Robbery at the High’s store. The victim told police an unknown male came into the store and robbed him at gunpoint. The suspect took cash.
November 12: Auto Theft, 2700 Block of Rolling Road 21244
Between 8:30 a.m. and 1:15 p.m., an unknown subject stole the victim’s 2004 Honda Accord.
November 12: First Degree Burglary, 6000 Block of Burnt Oak Road 21228
Between 6:40 and 10:40 a.m., an unknown subject stole cash and a weapon.
November 11: First Degree Burglary, 900 Block of Masefield Road 21207
An officer responded to an attempted burglary call. An unknown subject pried open a rear entry door then fled when the alarm sounded and alerted the victim.
November 11: First Degree Burglary, Unit Block of Whirlwind Court 21244
Between 6:10 and 11:45 a.m., an unknown subject broke into the location. The front door was damaged near the key knob, where an unknown tool was used to jam it open. The subject took several pieces of jewelry.
Precinct 3 – Franklin.
November 11: Second Degree Burglary, 100 Block of Dorgate Road 21117
Around 11:17 a.m., unknown suspect forced entry into a stand-alone residential garage. Nothing appears to have been taken.
November 9: Second Degree Burglary, 100 Block of Pleasant Hill Road 21117
Sometime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., suspect entered garage and removed tools and lawn equipment. After investigation, a juvenile suspect was arrested.
November 8: First Degree Assault, Bond Avenue and Glyndon Drive 21136
At 11:30 p.m., victim was walking with two other people when two unknown suspects attempted to rob him. Victim advised he attempted to fight off the suspects, at which point he was stabbed.

At 11:30 p.m., victim was leaving a party when he was assaulted by three suspects who had been kicked out of the party earlier. One of the suspects stole the victim’s cell phone during the assault.
November 7-8: First Degree Burglary, 100 Block of Pleasant Hill Road 21117
Sometime between November 7 at 2 p.m. and November 8 at 5 p.m., suspect cut screen to gain access to victim’s house and broke a window to gain access to the garage. Electronics, tools and sports equipment were taken. Suspect was later arrested.
November 7: First Degree Assault, 100 Block of Tollgate Road 21117
At 1:45 p.m., a juvenile victim was stopped by two suspects. One suspect grabbed the victim and forced him to the ground and the other suspect cut the victim’s leg with a knife. The victim managed to break away and flee home.
November 7: First Degree Burglary, Unit Block of Montrose Avenue 21117
Sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., unknown suspect pried open the doors to the residence. Suspect does not appear to have entered the residence.
Precinct 4 – Pikesville
November 12: Robbery, Old Court Road and Streamwood Drive 21208
Around 1:50 p.m., a group of four male suspects assaulted a juvenile victim. The suspects stole the victim’s phone and wallet before fleeing on foot.
November 12: First Degree Burglary, 4600 Block of Old Court Road 21208
Sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., unknown suspect(s) entered the apartment and stole cash and a video game system.
November 9: First Degree Burglary, 500 Block of Tristam Court 21208
Around 6:45 a.m., unknown suspect used a tool to pry open a screen and partially open a window. Suspect left when the security alarm was activated.
November 4: Armed Robbery, 8000 Block of Liberty Road 21244
At 7:30 p.m., unknown male suspect walked into the 7-11 store, displayed a gun, and demanded money from the cashier. The suspect took cash and fled on foot.
November 3: Robbery, Unit Block of Wytchwood Court 21209
At 12:50 p.m., suspect assaulted the victim and stole the victim’s drugs. The suspect has been arrested.
November 1: Theft From Auto, 3800 Block of Cedar Drive 21207
Sometime between 6:30 p.m. November 1 and 8:25 a.m. November 2, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s vehicle and stole a Garmin GPS from the trunk.
November 1: Second Degree Burglary, 8100 Block of Liberty Road 21244
Sometime between 11 a.m. November 1 and 9 a.m. November 2, an unknown subject entered the booth at Whiz Car Wash through the side window. The subject removed the cash register from the location then fled in an unknown direction.
