She was arrested for DUI and CDS possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bradham was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.</p>

<h2>Has anyone seen Sylvester?</h2>
<p><strong>LUSBY, MD. &#8212; Somehow, the Maryland State Police have it in their minds that it illegal to send threats via text message. Everyone knows that anyone can do as they damn please in this era where half the folks don’t work and expect to be supported by those who do. For one guy in Lusby, that apparently extends to stealing vehicles and making threats. A Judge will soon have to explain to him the facts of law and life. Police say that </strong>on 9/16/14 at 8:32 am, Trooper Riddle received a complaint in reference to threatening text messages and taking of vehicles without permission. The victim had contacted the suspect several times requesting the return of a 1970 Chevrolet Caprice and a 2004 Lincoln Continental Town Car. The suspect refused to return the vehicles and sent several threatening text messages to the victim. An application for charges has been requested for the arrest of Sylvester L. Parran, 25 of Lusby.</p>

<h2><strong>But Trooper, that weed makes it easier to tolerate traffic</strong></h2>
<p>PRINCE FREDERICK, MD. &#8212; State Police report that on 9/16/14 at 10:19 pm, Trooper First Class Barlow stopped a vehicle at Rt. 4 and Sherry Lane in Prince Frederick for traffic violations. The odor of raw marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle. Denzel J. Watts, 19 of Lusby, was arrested and charged on a criminal citation for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the MSP Barrack in Prince Frederick for processing. A criminal summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia was issued for the passenger, Kimberly Z. Drury, 21 of St. Leonard, and was served without incident on 9/19/14 at the MSP Barrack in Prince Frederick.</p>
<h2><strong>Pot will make them smarter…they need lots more</strong></h2>
<p>LEONARD, MD. &#8212; Maybe smoking weed makes a deadhead driver a better driver and then again, perhaps not. Maryland State Police report that on 9/17/14 at 4:48 pm, Trooper First Class Barlow stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 near Parker’s Creek Rd. in St. Leonard for traffic violations. A front seat passenger in the vehicle, Kairon Hawkins, 19, of Lusby, had an outstanding arrest warrant from St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office. He was arrested. The odor of marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle and a probable cause searched revealed marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Criminal Summonses were issued for all three occupants; Hawkins, Christian B. Wagner, 19, and Eric J. Walsh, 18. Hawkins was served with his criminal summons at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. The other two are pending service.</p>

<p>SOLOMON’S, MD. This guy needs an automatic pot smoke extractor for when he gets pulled over by police as who the heck wants to have sit at home and do dope? Maryland State Police report that on 9/19/14 at 10:34 am, Trooper First Class Wiesemann stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 south of Creston Lane in Solomon’s for traffic violations. The odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle. Craig S. Bradley, 47 of Lusby, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the MSP Barrack in Prince Frederick for processing.</p>
