From PG Police:
The Prince George’s County Police Department is preparing for Washington’s home opener on Sunday at FedEx Field. The department will have 175 officers at the stadium on game day, including members of our Traffic Enforcement Unit and our K9 Section.

Officers will be positioned outside of the stadium to help ensure traffic flows smoothly before and after the game. Parking lots open at 9:00 am and the gates to the stadium open at 11:00 am. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid traffic congestion closer to the 1:00 pm kickoff. If you’re driving to the game, please pay attention to overhead highway signs and electronic billboards as you approach the stadium to park.

Fans are reminded the enhanced safety policy implemented by the NFL last year, which significantly limits the size and type of bags that can be brought into the stadium, remains in effect. For more information, we encourage fans to visit NFL.com for specific guidelines on what will be allowed inside FedEx Field.
