<p><strong>Brooklyn Park, Md. &#8212; </strong>On August 11, 2014 at approximately 1:50 p.m. an unknown suspect committed an armed robbery at Village Liquors located at 720 Church Street – Brooklyn Park, MD 21225.</p>
<p>The suspect entered the store and displayed a weapon to two male employees. The suspect then took cash and merchandise from the store. The suspect then fled the scene on foot towards northbound 6<sup><span style="font-size: small;">th</span></sup> Avenue.</p>
<p>Officers canvassed the area for the suspect with negative results.</p>
<p><strong>Suspect:</strong> Black male, approximately 6’00” in height – average build, approximately 28 years of age. The suspect wore a light colored hooded sweatshirt, blue jean shorts, black shoes and a black mask.</p>

<h2><strong>Cops seek MR. BIG in jewelry store heist</strong></h2>
<p><strong> P</strong><strong>asadena, Md. &#8212; Anne Arundel County Police report on a big boost of jewelry from a Pasadena store and have launched a net to catch MR. BIG. </strong></p>
<p>On August 11, 2014 at approximately 4:00 pm, officers responded to Sanders Jewelers located at 31 Magothy Beach Road in Pasadena, Maryland for a reported theft.</p>
<p>The pictured suspect, a white male approximately 6 foot tall, 300 pounds, glasses, tattoos, wearing tan shorts with a green waste management shirt and blue hat entered the business. The suspect asked permission to try on a 14 k yellow gold 8 inch Figaro bracelet. Once the male put the bracelet on, he fled the business without paying. Once outside, the suspect fled in an unknown direction.</p>
