231 and Rt&period; 4 in Prince Frederick&period;  A faint odor of marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle and a small amount of marijuana was observed on the driver’s shirt&period;  A probable cause search revealed 4&period;6 grams of marijuana and 13&period;8 grams of K2&sol;Spice &lpar;synthetic marijuana&rpar;&period;  The driver&comma; Joseph C&period; Armes&comma; 20 of Prince Frederick&comma; was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center&period;  A juvenile passenger was arrested and transported to the MSP Barrack for processing and was released to a parent&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>You can’t fix stupid<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>PRINCE FREDERICK&comma; 170 and I695 in Baltimore while traveling to report for duty in Calvert County&period;  A Consent to Search and Seize was approved and drug paraphernalia was located in the vehicle&period;  A probable cause search revealed the passenger&comma; Trooper First Class Saucerman responded to the Parole and Probation Office in Prince Frederick in reference to a wanted subject&period;  Brian P&period; Parran&comma; 29 of Prince Frederick was placed under arrest for an open warrant through Parole and Probation&period;  A search of Parran revealed a condom filled with dark yellow liquid substance tied to the button of his shorts to be used in a drug test&period;  Parran was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center to be presented before a Commissioner on local charges prior to being transported to the Maryland Division of Corrections in Jessup&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h4>PCP&colon; The Wonder Drug<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p>PRINCE FREDERICK&comma; MD&period; &&num;8212&semi; Maryland State Police report that on 7&sol;8&sol;14 at 8&colon;18 pm&comma; Trooper First Class Saucerman responded to the area of the 500 block of Stamper Ct&period; in Prince Frederick to assist the fire department with a subject that was running away from them&period;  Once contact was made with Joseph E&period; Miller&comma; 22 of Lusby&comma; it was determined because of the strong odor of PCP that he would be taken to the hospital for treatment&period;  During transport&comma; Miller became extremely agitated and required several officers to assist with preventing from doing any harm to himself&period;  He began yelling obscenities and caused a disturbance in the emergency room&period;  An application for Statement of Charges has been requested charging Miller with Disorderly Conduct&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong><em>More incident reports and arrests from the Maryland State Police&colon;<&sol;em> <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Theft&colon;<&sol;strong>  On 7&sol;9&sol;14 at 5&colon;09 pm&comma; Trooper First Class Matthews conducted a MVA query of a registration through METERS&sol;NCIC and observed the registration was not on file&period;  TFC Matthews stopped the vehicle at the intersection of West Dares Beach Rd&period; and Prince Frederick Blvd&period;  The registration sticker on the license plate was found to be stolen&period;  Case remains open pending arrest of James D&period; Tellier Sr&period;&comma; 43 of Prince Frederick for theft&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Disorderly &sol; Destruction of Property&colon;<&sol;strong>  On 7&sol;10&sol;14 at 12&colon;36 pm&comma; Trooper Newcomer responded to the K-Mart in Prince Frederick for a reported disturbance&period;  A disorderly woman had left the store and the vehicle description and registration number were provided by the Loss Prevention Agent&period;  Trooper Newman gave lookout information to the barrack and Calvert Control Center&period;  After reviewing the surveillance video and obtaining witness statements&comma; Trooper Newman responded to an address in the 12900 block of Mariner Circle in Lusby for the owner of the vehicle matching the description given previously&period;  Jamie L&period; Miller&comma; 31 of Chambersburg&comma; PA&comma; was located and stated she became annoyed while in the store and felt she should leave before anything physical happened&period;  Application for charges were prepared and she was arrested for Malicious Destruction of Property and Disorderly Conduct the following day&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>The Bad Samaritan <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>PRINCE FREDERICK&comma; MD&period; &&num;8212&semi;  On 7&sol;10&sol;14 at 3&colon;00 pm&comma; Master Trooper Gill received a report for money removed from a purse that had been lost and turned in at the MSP Barrack in Prince Frederick&period;  The victim reported that she had accidentally left the purse at ABD Liquors earlier that day and did not realize that until later&period;   The purse had been turned into the barrack&period;  When contacted to come to pick up the purse&comma; the victim found money had been removed&period;  Surveillance video obtained from the store showed an employee&comma; Becki A&period; Parker&comma; 22 of St&period; Leonard&comma; was response for the theft&period;  Charges are pending against Parker for theft&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>The Traditional Way for Deadheads<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>PRINCE FREDERICK&comma; MD&period; &&num;8212&semi; On 7&sol;10&sol;14 at 11&colon;56 pm&comma; Trooper First Class Lewis stopped a vehicle at Traditional Way and Heritage Dr&period; in Prince Frederick&period;  Contact was made with the juvenile driver&period;  When approaching the vehicle&comma; TFC Lewis observed loose cigarettes in a plastic baggie on the passenger seat&period;  A subsequent search revealed additional drugs and paraphernalia&period;  The juvenile was placed under arrest for possession of marijuana and was transported to the MSP Barrack in Prince Frederick for processing&period;  He was released to a parent&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Blaming drugs on his pals<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>PRINCE FREDERICK&comma; MD&period;  &&num;8212&semi; PlannOn 7&sol;11&sol;14 at 11&colon;59 pm&comma; Trooper First Class Barlow stopped a vehicle at Prince Frederick Blvd and Cambridge Place for traffic violations&period;  A moderate odor of marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle&period;  Wilson E&period;
