On July 20, 2007, at about 3:40 pm, patrol officers were called to the 2300 block of Shadyside Avenue in Suitland for a shooting. When they arrived, the patrol officers found Sadler suffering from gunshot wounds. He later died at a hospital.
The investigation revealed that the shooting stemmed from a verbal argument. After the shooting, White fled the area. At the time, homicide detectives developed White as the suspect and obtained an arrest warrant charging him with first-degree murder.On March 21, 2014, White was arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department on unrelated charges. He has since been extradited to Prince George’s County. He is being held on a no bond status at the Department of Corrections
