<p>On 08/23/13, as a result of regular sex offender checks, it was revealed that two offenders were not in compliance. Gary Leon Davenport, 04/12/64, a Tier III lifetime sex offender residing in Lexington Park, was taken into custody and charged with failure to register upon release from a detention center. An arrest warrant has been issued for Michael Christopher Quesenberry, 01/11/1986, a Tier III lifetime registered sex offender. Quesenberry had a Mechanicsville, Maryland address but has moved from that address and his whereabouts are unknown.
