Court records show that the plea deal between Alsobrooks and Ealey called for him to go to prison for 3 years but all but 13 months was suspended. The sentence was backdated to Aug. 4, 2014, when he was locked up. Since he was on probation he was available for a gunfight, which he apparently lost.
Huntsman was charged by Montgomery County, Md., Police Officer J. Innocenti on March 20, 2015 at 12:48 am with following too closely; failing to pull over for a police vehicle; driving while suspended, negligent driving, and unsafe lane change while tooling along at 130 mph on Interstate 270 while driving his hot-rod Corvette. Hot Rod Harry Huntsman is set to appear in Montgomery County District Court on July 2, 2015.

OCEAN PINES, MD. — Scott Allen Buchanan was out for a party time on Rt. 90 and St. Martins Neck Road at 3:12 am on Dec. 16th when Maryland State Trooper Gallagher attempted to stop him for speeding by activating his lights and siren. Instead of stopping, Buchanan figured it was time to haul butt and put the pedal to the metal.
