Court records show that the plea deal between Alsobrooks and Ealey called for him to go to prison for 3 years but all but 13 months was suspended. The sentence was backdated to Aug. 4, 2014, when he was locked up. Since he was on probation he was available for a gunfight, which he apparently lost.
The preliminary investigation reveals the fatal shootings occurred following an argument involving the suspect and victims. During that dispute, the suspect, James, was also shot in the hand. He walked into a hospital for treatment a short time later. Once he was released, he was taken into custody.

LANHAM, MD. — It’s not wise to tick off the old lady, especially when she has a hair-trigger temper and drives a big SUV. The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit arrested a Lanham woman in connection with the murder of her husband. The suspect is 37-year-old Araceli Alvarez- Mendoza. The victim is 36-year-old Fernando Fragoso-Duana. Both lived in the 9400 block of Worrell Avenue.
The dead drug dealer will be allowed to skip this court case to the case of deadly degenerative disease that he caught during his armed robbery attempt as his purported victim kicked and beat him into the hereafter. The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a homicide in Largo. The victim is 18-year-old Joseph Titus Abariko of Riverdale Road in Riverdale.

Also Alsobrooks dumped charges of theft, removal of property, carrying a handgun and possession of drugs on Jan. 22, 2015. These dropped charges are indicative that Fogg dropped the dime on some of his drug-dealing pals to police in order to escape charges which would have netted him at least ten years in prison. This possibility would be an excellent motive for murder.
Prince Georges Police report that Edwards joined the ranks of the recently dead on May 30, 2015, at about 5:00 pm. Police patrol officers with the Glenarden and Prince George’s County Police Departments were called to the 2800 block of Hornbeam Court for the report of a shooting. When they arrived, they found Edwards outside suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
