Ford entered into a plea deal with Prince Georges County States Attorney Angela Alsobrooks on Aug. 14, 2017, on a charge in District Court for indecent exposure. With a taxpayer provided free attorney, working a deal with Alsobrooks, Ford was back onto Metro trains for his next adventure.

During the course of the investigation, the staff member in question arrived at work. Through interviews, it was learned that he sexually touched the victim.
