Newark Del. Police charge Kyle Loyd with DUI death of Amanda Hagelstein

Lt. Bill Hargrove reports that that Kyle Loyd left the scene but was located a short time later by members of the Newark Police Street Crimes Unit. Loyd was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Newark Police Department.
