CHESTERTOWN, MD) – A Maryland Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigation has led to the arrest of a Queen Anne’s County man for the distribution of child pornography.

The accused is identified as Zachary A. Geyer, 24, of the 300-block of Longfellow Drive, Chestertown, Md. He is charged with two counts of distribution of child pornography and two counts of possession of child pornography. Geyer was arrested and is currently being held on $1 million bond in the Queen Anne’s County Detention Center.

(Sept. 19, 2014) — Caroline County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 09/05/14 at approximately 6:15 pm a Detective and the K-9 Unit from the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office were in the Greensboro area when they observed two subjects identified as; Pamela Stubbs and Donald Kibler to be traveling in a Chevy truck. Both subjects were known to have suspended and/or revoked licenses, and both subjects were observed to drive the truck within a short time period.

State Police report bagging four running heroin ring on Eastern Shore

(DENTON, MD) – A cooperative cross-jurisdictional and multi-state drug investigation has led to at least four arrests with more expected as police dismantle a drug trafficking organization they believe was responsible for the distribution of heroin and a variety of other drugs throughout the Upper Shore region.

The first suspect is identified as Byron S. Drummond, 27, of Denton, Md. He is charged with being a drug kingpin, possession of a large amount of a controlled dangerous substance (heroin), possession with intent to distribute narcotics, and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance not marijuana. Following his arrest, Drummond was ordered held without bail in the Queen Anne’s County Detention Center.
