A perfect motive for murder would be those associated with him in drug trafficking or whomever he bought drugs from for distribution.
As the victim and family members held the front door shut, the accused broke a front window then fled the area on foot as police arrived. A police K-9 was used to search for the accused who was located and detained without incident.
But, this is Maryland, where Alice in Wonderland rules govern Maryland courts. Just ask States Attorney Olgesby why he allowed a convicted drug dealer on probation to be granted bail on another drug dealing charge.

RIVERDALE, MD. — A fugitive wanted for murder was a passenger in a car holding up traffic while driving at about 25 mph on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015 at about 3 pm. When two Prince Georges County Police officers pulled the vehicle over at the exit for Riverdale Road, the front seat passenger bailed out and beat feet, say police. During the chase, the fleeing fugitive turned and attempted to gun down the pursuing officer. The gun misfired.
DWI Hit Parade: St. Mary’s Sheriff Tim Cameron reports DUI arrests for Oct. 23, 2015
St. Mary’s County Sheriff Tim Cameron reports that a sting of retailers and bars that serve liquor found six establishments that sold to an underage person, including that owned by Dave Dent, a top official in the state-wide beverage dealers group as well as the president of the St. Mary’s County Licensed Beverage Association.
The robber is described as a black man, 20 to 30-years-old, and was seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, dark pants and a purple hat. He left the store on foot.
Police say that at the same time the traffic stop of Stevens was occurring, a victim contacted police stating that his truck was just stolen.
