<h2>MURDER USA: Facebook live stabbing, murder updates, illegal possession of guns by hoodlums on the streets of Baltimore</h2>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #ff0000; font-size: 16pt;">Samuel Cooper charged with July 1, 2017, murder of Lewis Cody Dorsey. </span><span style="font-size: 16pt;">Police Spokesman T. J. </span><span style="font-size: 16pt;">Smith</span><span style="color: #ff0000; font-size: 16pt;">: &#8220;&#8230;this was a targeted incident&#8230; Dorsey was not the intended target. Cooper is in custody now on another crime and will be served with a warrant for murder later today (on July 17, 2017). Chief Smith: &#8220;we know these suspects are involved in other crimes. We are working to get them off the streets. They were involved in carjackings. They were targeting this vehicle, this was not a random crime on anyone who pulled up to that gas station. Unfortunately, Cody Dorsey was in the car at that time.&#8221; </span></p>

<h4>Northeast District Shooting Investigation</h4>
<p>BALTIMORE, MD. &#8212; Baltimore City Police report yet another would-be killer who doesn’t have any training <span style="font-size: 12pt;">with a handgun other than by watching Gangsta movies on Netflix only wounding his target. On July 17, 2017, at approximately 12:09 a.m., Northeast District Patrol officers received a call for a shooting in the 4900 block of Greencrest Road.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Upon officer’s arrival, they located a 19-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds to the arm and leg.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact Citywide Shooting detectives at 410-396-2221 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7lockup.</span></p>
<h4>Western District Shooting Investigation</h4>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On July 16, 2017, at approximately 10:47 p.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 2800 block of Woodbrook Avenue for a report of a shooting.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Upon officers arrival, they located a 17-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the collarbone.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Detectives learned that the shooting actually took place in the 2500 block of Woodbrook Avenue.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact Citywide Shooting detectives at 410-396-2221 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7lockup.</span></p>
<h3>Central District Shooting Investigation</h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On July 16, 2017, at approximately 9:37 p.m., Citywide Shooting detectives were in an area hospital checking on the status of a victim from a previous shooting when they were alerted of a walk-in shooting victim.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The victim, a 22-year-old male, with gunshot wounds to the chest, was immediately taken into surgery.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The victim is currently listed in critical condition.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim had driven himself to the hospital for treatment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Due to the victim&#8217;s condition, detectives were unable to find out where the shooting occurred.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact Citywide Shooting detectives at 410-396-2221 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7lockup.</span></p>
<h3>Shooting Investigation &#8212; Southern District</h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On July 16, 2017, at approximately 5:45 pm, officers were called to the 600 block of Cherry Hill Road for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found an adult male with gunshot wounds to his body. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Investigators believe the victim was outside, in the 600 block of Cherry Hill Road, when he was shot by an unknown suspect. The suspect then left the scene.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Detectives from the Citywide Shooting Unit are investigating this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.</span></p>
<p>Western District</p>
<p><strong>Man arrested with a loaded handgun</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On July 15, 2017, at approximately 7:30 pm, officers were on patrol in the 2400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. The officers pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">During the traffic stop, officers recovered a loaded handgun from inside the vehicle. The driver of the car was arrested at the scene.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">27-year old Matthew Emerson, of the 1500 block of Druidhill Avenue, was transported to the Central Booking and Intake Facility.</span></p>
