<h2>Death Investigation Ruled a Homicide</h2>

<p>The New Castle County, Criminal Investigations Unit has learned the identity of the victim found deceased in a silver Nissan Altima located in the unit block of Lowry Drive.</p>

<p>(Wilmington, Del.) Detectives have identified the victim found deceased on Saturday (12/20) as <strong>Nicholas Riley</strong>, 30, of the 100 block of Darlings Street in Newark. He died as a result of an apparent gunshot wound. The second victim, who was transported to the Christiana Hospital remains in critical condition at this time.</p>
<p>Officers are currently searching for a white 2006 Toyota Avalon with <strong>Delaware registration 180795</strong>. Anyone with information pertaining to the silver Nissan Altima found on Saturday to please contact the police.</p>
