<p>POCOMOKE CITY, MD. &#8212;-Police report that on Nov. 07, 2013 in Pocomoke City, Desmond Roberts from Salisbury, Maryland was attacked and stabbed several times by Marcus Dennis, Martel Blake and Torrance Davis. Pocomoke City Police arrived on the scene and began investigating the incident. All three suspects were subsequently arrested and charged by Pocomoke City Criminal Investigation Division, (CID) Detective Bailey. The Case was presented to Worcester County Deputy States Attorney Abby Marsh. As a result of the court disposition, Marcus Dennis pleaded guilty and received 15 years suspend all but 7 years in prison, Martel Blake plead guilty and received 15 years suspend all but 8 years and Torrance Davis who also plead guilty and received 20 years suspend all but 8 years.</p>

<h3>The Cockamamie Gang Arrested for Rocking and Rolling Downtown Stores</h3>
<p>POCOMOKE CITY, MD. &#8212; One of the disadvantages of deciding upon a career of crime in a small town where everyone knows your name – is that everyone knows your name and will result in your lame butt being installed in the pokey.</p>
<p>On August 08, 2014 two Pocomoke City downtown businesses were burglarized and a third business received a broken window due to a suspect throwing a rock. The incident occurred around 3:20 am. Arrested and charged with burglary, theft and Malicious Destruction of property was Drequann Johnson, 20, from Pocomoke City, Douglas Schoolfield, 21, from Pocomoke City Luguan Brittingham, 18, from Pocomoke City, and KeShon Hayes, 20, from Pocomoke City. All four suspects were being held at the Worcester County Detention Center.</p>
<h3>Beware of falling merchandise into employee’s pockets</h3>
<p>POCOMOKE CITY, MD. &#8212; On August 30 2014 as a result of a two week investigation Pocomoke City Police arrested two Wal-Mart employees with theft less than $500 and theft schemes less than $1000. Both were cashiers at the store. Arrested was Sherelle Danielle Stewart, 26 from Virginia and Daji Danielle West, 19 also from Virginia.</p>
<h3>Random drive-off shooters charged</h3>
<p>POCOMOKE CITY, MD. &#8212; Chief Sewell reports that on September 01, 2014 at approximately 10:51 pm Pocomoke City Police Department received a call for shots fired in the 500 blk. of Bonneville Ave.</p>
<p>Police say it was later learned that a suspect fired a handgun into a residence and then fled the scene in a vehicle. Pocomoke City Police Officers arrested Jarrell Bernard Roberts, 28, and Jerren Hinmon, 25, both from Pocomoke City. Officers also recovered a gray in color Nissan Maxima which was the vehicle that fled the scene. Pocomoke City Police are actively looking for a third suspect involved in this incident.</p>
<p>Jerren Hinmon was released on his own personal recognizance by Worcester County Court Commissioner. The following day Pocomoke City Police obtained a second warrant for Jerren Hinmon for assaulting and robbing his girlfriend.</p>
