<&sol;b>Leland S&period; Brown&comma; 27&comma; Salisbury&comma; MD<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><b>Narrative<&sol;b>&colon;  On 6 September 2014 at 7&colon;12 PM a deputy responded to a residence in the 100 block of Roseberry Avenue in Salisbury for a report of a disorderly subject&period; Upon arrival&comma; the deputy identified Leland Brown as the party acting disorderly&period; Brown stated he would leave and go to another family member’s residence&comma; but he twice came back which required the complainant to contact the Sheriff’s Office again&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The deputy observed that Brown would not cease his disorderly behavior and it began to escalate to the point it was causing what appeared to be a disturbance in the neighborhood&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The deputy placed Brown under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner&period;
