<p><strong>Thomas Michael Puttick</strong>, 55, of Lexington Park, on 8-2-14 by DFC Potter</p>
<p>Puttick was charged with DUI on April 29, 2014 and appeared in St. Mary&#8217;s County District Court on June 11, 2014. In a plea deal with the States Attorney arranged by his private attorney <strong>Kevin J. McDevitt</strong>, Puttick pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was given probation before judgment. Puttick received no jail time and the DUI charge was eliminated. Puttick was fined $484.50. Since this arrest and if convicted, will violate the terms of his probation, Puttick can expect real jail time. Puttick also faces trial on an assault charge from July 5, 2014.</p>
