St. Mary’s cops crack down on druggies and dealers; arrests include school system employee

26&comma; of Mechanicsville and James Daniel Seifert&comma; 21&comma; of Lexington Park&period; Both suspects were detained and the investigation determined that Seifert had allegedly supplied Johnson with a quantity of marijuana&period; Marijuana&comma; related paraphernalia and cellular phones were among some of the items seized&period; <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><figure id&equals;"attachment&lowbar;2165" aria-describedby&equals;"caption-attachment-2165" style&equals;"width&colon; Once inside the home detectives found property that was believed to have been stolen from the Board of Education&period; Detectives worked with Board of Education staff and confirmed the status of the property and identified the suspect as an employee&period; That employee was identified as Paul Lamont Proctor&comma; 49&period; Marijuana belonging to Suspect Proctor was also recovered&period; Suspect Proctor was indicted and charged with &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Theft under &dollar;10&comma;000” and &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Possession of Marijuana”&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><figure id&equals;"attachment&lowbar;2167" aria-describedby&equals;"caption-attachment-2167" style&equals;"width&colon; and another suspect as distributors of cocaine throughout St&period; Mary’s County&period; Several undercover purchases of cocaine were conducted and the case was presented to the Grand Jury for St&period; Mary’s County&period; Arrest warrants were issued and Scayles was subsequently arrested for multiple counts of &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Distribution of Cocaine” and &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Conspiring to Distribute Cocaine”&period; He was originally held without bond&period; <&sol;p>&NewLine;
