Tidewater Police Beat: James Thomas Curry charged with rape of boy in Hampton public library restroom

Hampton Police report that Curry has been arrested and charged with three counts of Indecent Liberties with a Minor, one count of Object Sexual Penetration and three counts of Forcible Sodomy. He remains in custody at the Hampton City Jail.
