During the course of the investigation, suspect, Wayne William Webb III was contacted and identified as the owner of the hotel room. A search and seizure warrant was executed on Webb’s room. During the search of the hotel room, investigators discovered Webb was renting a storage facility located in the Lexington Park area of St. Mary’s County, MD. Investigators from MSP-Central South Major Drug Trafficking Unit executed a search and seizure warrant on a storage facility being rented by Webb
