Authorities said charges were pending Monday evening against the husband of a Waldorf woman whose body was found in a strip mall parking lot in what investigators called a case of “domestic-related homicide.”
Charles County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Diane Richardson said that 36-year-old Jennifer Lynn Weyhenmeyer was purposefully and repeatedly run over by a car.
