Gibson entered a guilty plea to DUI in a deal with Howard County States Attorney DARIO J. BROCCOLINO (Democrat) on Dec. 17, 2015, he was given Probation Before Judgement with no time in jail and a fine of $1,000 and $800 of the fine suspended, with supervised probation.
