Khoury was indicted in Anne Arundel County Circuit Court on Aug. 26, 2016, for four counts of possession of a gun during the commission of a felony, reckless endangerment, conspiracy to commit assault, and first and second-degree assault for an incident which took place on Aug. 14, 2016.
