Brew Buyer Turned Violent With Stun Gun; Ends with Trip to Slammer

On September 24, 2014, at 11:16 p.m., Northern District officers responded to Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard and Amberly Road for a reported citizen robbery. Upon arrival, officers met with the 20-year-old male victim and a male witness. The victim displayed visible injuries as a result of the attempted robbery. The investigation revealed that the victim and the witness went to a residence in the 100 block of Marley Neck Road to meet with known individuals who were going to purchase alcoholic beverages for them since they were under the age of 21.
