DWI HIT PARADE DUI driver Jared Herbert needed scales to weigh out his pot

The driver was identified as Jared Wells Herbert, 40, of 304 Love Point Ave., Stevensville, Maryland. Upon contact with Herbert, Trooper First Class Holson detected the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage, as well as the odor of marijuana.
