Montgomery County Police reports that Detectives from the Montgomery County Police- Major Crimes Division have arrested Calvin Coolidge Cannon III, age 22, of the 14100 block of Castle Boulevard for the May 29 armed robbery of the Papa John’s restaurant located at 1133 East West Highway in Silver Spring.
