on 12&sol;11&sol;2014 at 1448 hrs&comma; <strong>The Westampton Twp Police<&sol;strong> were dispatched to<a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;twinoakscs&period;org&sol;" target&equals;"&lowbar;blank"> 770 Woodlane Rd&comma; Twin <&sol;a>Oaks for the report of a motor vehicle theft that had just occurred&period; The suspect later identified as Trent S&period; Talley&comma; 29&comma; of Cinnamin<span class&equals;"text&lowbar;exposed&lowbar;show">son&comma; approached a medical transport vehicle that was on location and threatened the vehicles driver by stating &&num;8220&semi;Do you want to die today&quest;&&num;8221&semi;&period; <&sol;span><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"text&lowbar;exposed&lowbar;root text&lowbar;exposed"><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"text&lowbar;exposed&lowbar;root text&lowbar;exposed"><span class&equals;"text&lowbar;exposed&lowbar;show">Mr&period; Talley then forcibly entered the vehicle and left location&comma; traveling through the townships of Westampton&comma; Burlington &comma; Florence and Bordentown via Route 295 North &period; Mr&period; Talley eventually got back onto the NJTP in Florence and fled from the New Jersey State Police after being given the signal to stop&period; Mr&period; Talley continued to elude the New Jersey State Police on the New Jersey Turnpike south bound into Delaware&period; <&sol;span><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"text&lowbar;exposed&lowbar;root text&lowbar;exposed"><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"text&lowbar;exposed&lowbar;root text&lowbar;exposed"><span class&equals;"text&lowbar;exposed&lowbar;show">The pursuit was continued by the <strong>Delaware State Police<&sol;strong> into Maryland&period; <strong>Maryland State Police<&sol;strong> were eventually able to end the pursuit near the <strong>Fort McHenry Tunnel<&sol;strong> using stop sticks and a rolling roadblock&period; Mr&period; Talley was taken into custody and charged additionally with the out of state violations that he committed&period; Sgt Ferguson of the Westampton Twp Police charged Mr&period; Talley with <strong>Carjacking &comma;Theft of motor vehicle&comma; Theft of property&comma; and Terroristic Threats<&sol;strong>&period; Total bail was set at &dollar;200&comma;000&period;00&period; Mr&period; Talley will be extradited once he faces the out of state charges&period; No injuries were reported&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;<&sol;span><&sol;div>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&lpar;BALTIMORE&comma; MD&rpar; – Maryland State Police troopers and <strong>Maryland Transportation Authority Police officers<&sol;strong> safely ended the pursuit of a New Jersey carjacking suspect late this afternoon just before he entered the Ft&period; McHenry Tunnel&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The suspect is identified as <strong>Trent S&period; Talley&comma;<&sol;strong> 29&comma; of Cinnaminson&comma; New Jersey&period; He is currently in <strong>Maryland State Police<&sol;strong> custody and has been transported by ambulance to Harford Memorial Hospital for an emergency petition evaluation&period; Charges against him are pending&period; He is also facing multiple charges in New Jersey&comma; where the incident began&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Shortly after <span class&equals;"aBn" tabindex&equals;"0" data-term&equals;"goog&lowbar;1525309131"><span class&equals;"aQJ">5&colon;00 p&period;m&period; today<&sol;span><&sol;span>&comma; <strong>Maryland State Police<&sol;strong> at the JFK Highway Barrack received a call from the owner of a 2013 Kia Sol&comma; who said his vehicle had been stolen in a carjacking earlier this afternoon at a<strong> mental health facility in Mt&period; Holly&comma; New Jersey<&sol;strong>&period; He said the vehicle was being tracked by GPS and was currently in the area of the Maryland House rest stop on I-95&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Troopers were immediately dispatched to the area and&comma; while the owner was still on the phone&comma; caught up to the vehicle in the area of southbound I-95 near New Forge Road&period; Troopers activated emergency lights and sirens&comma; but the suspect&comma; later identified as Talley&comma; refused to stop and accelerated in an attempt to flee&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>State Police notified MdTA Police and officers deployed stop sticks near O’Donnell Street&period; Two tires on the vehicle were deflated&comma; causing the driver to slow&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Near the toll plaza&comma; two state troopers in marked cars and one in an unmarked car&comma; used a rolling roadblock technique to box the suspect in and forced him to a stop&period; All three police vehicles were damaged&comma; as was the stolen cars&period; No one was injured&period; No other vehicles traveling in the area were struck or damaged&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Troopers and MdTA officers took Talley&comma; the sole occupant of the vehicle&comma; into custody&period; They observed he was <strong>bleeding from cuts on his hands<&sol;strong> and EMS responded&period; He was treated at the scene and released to state troopers&period; It is believed his hands were injured during the initial incident in New Jersey&comma; when he may have broken a window&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Maryland State Police notified New Jersey authorities that Talley was in custody&period;
