<h2>Angela Tribbitt faces competing charges for robbery &; 57 bags of heroin after running stop sign</h2>
<p><strong><em>Heroin dealers may wish to take refresher driving courses in order to stay out of the pokey</em></strong></p>
<p>DOVER, DEL. (Sept. 13, 2014) A Felton woman may wish she had stopped for a stop sign at <strong>New Castle Avenue</strong>. But she didn’t and Dover Police officers took note of her failure to obey a stop sign in the middle of the day and it all went downhill for her from there.</p>
<p>Officers from the Dover police Department’s Safe Streets Unit report that they have arrested a Felton woman after finding heroin during a traffic stop. Officers observed 24-year-old <strong>Angela Tribbitt</strong> fail to stop at a stop sign in the area of New Castle Avenue and River Road at 2:00PM on Tuesday, September 9th.</p>
<p>As officers approached the vehicle, they could smell a strong odor of marijuana. When Tribbitt was asked to hand the officers her license, officers observed a bag of marijuana inside her purse. Tribbitt was taken into custody and discovered 57 bags of heroin and 3 needles in addition to the marijuana.</p>
<p>Police say that it was later learned that Tribbitt was also allegedly involved in a robbery that was being investigated by the <strong>Delaware State Police Troop #3.</strong> Once Tribbitt was charged by Dover police, she was transferred to Delaware State Police detectives for further investigation. Tribbitt was committed to Baylor Women’s Correctional Facility in default of $2,002 secured bond.</p>

<h2>Burglars went for self-service at Melvin’s Service Center</h2>
<p>DOVER, DEL. (Sept. 13, 2014) &#8212; The<strong> Dover Police Department</strong> reports that it’s Criminal Investigations Unit is investigating a burglary at <strong>Melvin’s Service Center</strong> located at 1040 S. State Street in Dover that occurred between Tuesday at 6:00 PM and Wednesday at 7:30 AM. During that time, an unknown suspect forced entry through a door into a utility closet.</p>
<p>Police say that once inside, the suspect damaged the interior wall, creating a hole to gain access into the office area. The suspect then stole an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the business.</p>
