Senning had taken her vehicle and fled&period;  After Senning left the Harris Teeter&comma; he was involved in a collision on Darnestown Road near Bondy Lane&period; Working with the victim&comma; investigators obtained a warrant for Senning charging him with kidnapping&comma;
