<p id="paragraph1">Police in Miami, Florida., have arrested a 24-year-old man who allegedly assaulted and kidnapped a Montgomery County Circuit Court judge last week.</p>
<p id="paragraph2">Sources say Rickley Joshua Senning was taken into custody just before 10 p.m. Tuesday after the landlord of the apartment he was renting noticed he was acting strangely and called police.</p>

</strong></em></span>NEWS4 REPORTS: Sources tell News4 Senning was hospitalized after the incident, but discharged before police got to him to make an arrest. The victim, sources say, is <strong>Audrey Creighton</strong>, a circuit court judge. Court records show Creighton had served as Senning&#8217;s public defender in a trespassing case when he was 19.<br />
<em><strong>Creighton filed a protective order against Senning Tuesday,</strong> </em>saying he lived with her in her Montgomery County home in the summer of 2013 and for a brief period in early May. Creighton wrote Senning had grabbed her head and yanked her during an argument. Creighton hasn&#8217;t responded to News4&#8217;s calls for comment.<br />
<span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>MONTGOMERY COUNTY POLICE FAILED TO DISCLOSE RELATIONSHIP OF JUDGE TO WANTED MAN</strong></span><br />
Detectives have been investigating an assault and kidnapping in which the suspect and victim are known to each other. Last evening, board members of Crime Solvers of Montgomery County voted to offer a reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the suspect involved in this incident. On May 19, at approximately 9:42 p.m., patrol officers responded to a call for an assault at the Harris Teeter located at 14101 Darnestown Road.<br />
They met the victim, a 53-year-old female, who stated that an acquaintance, <strong>Rickley Joshua Senning</strong>, a 24-year-old male, had assaulted her two times that evening. The victim stated that Senning resided with her and had assaulted her at her Dickerson residence and outside the Harris Teeter on Darnestown Road.<br />
After the assault, Senning had taken her vehicle and fled. After Senning left the Harris Teeter, he was involved in a collision on Darnestown Road near Bondy Lane. Working with the victim, investigators obtained a warrant for Senning charging him with kidnapping, false imprisonment, auto theft, and two counts of second degree assault. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of <strong>Rickley Joshua Senning</strong> is asked to call 9-1-1.<br />

<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Senning has a lot of friends on</span> <a href="https://www.facebook.com/rickley.senning/friends" target="_blank">FACEBOOK </a>who could be hiding him from police.</strong><br />
On Feb. 14, 2014, Gov. Martin O&#8217;Malley issued this press release when he &#8220;elevated&#8221; Creighton from District Court Judge to Circuit Court Judge. Creighton faces an election this year in order to retain the judgeship for fifteen years.<br />
<em>Governor O’Malley elevated <strong>Judge Audrey Creighton</strong> to the <strong>Circuit Court for Montgomery County</strong>. Since 2010, <strong>Judge Audrey Creighton</strong> has served on the District Court for Montgomery County. She previously served as an Assistant Public Defender for Montgomery County, where she received numerous awards for outstanding service. She also worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Appeals Division, an associate at Rabineau &; Peregoff, and a law clerk to the Honorable Richard Gilbert of the Court of Special Appeals. Judge Creighton has been a member of the Sixth Judicial Circuit’s Character Committee for the past six years and was a former president of the Maryland Hispanic Bar Association. She earned a law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.<br />
