signs from the area of Loch Bend Drive and East Joppa Road&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;The three suspects were still at the location when the officer arrived&comma; and they returned the signs to the victim&period; The wood and metal washers that held the signs in place were not returned&period;  The suspects&comma; a 29 year old male&comma; a 62 year old male&comma; and a 68 year old male&comma; were positively identified&period;
