2014 at 8&colon;45PM&comma; Corporal Watters responded to a residence on Hermanville Road in Lexington Park for a noise complaint&period; Corporal Watters requested the music be turned down&period; Initailly&comma; subjects complied and made an announcement for everyone to leave&period; However&comma; as Corporal Watters walked toward his car to leave the large crowd became unruly by yelling profanity and turning up the music&period; Additional deputies were requested to respond&period; Members of the crowd began to throw beer bottles at Corporal Watters&period; At that time&comma; suspect <strong>LaShonda Lakeshia Dyson&comma; 29&comma; of Great Mills<&sol;strong>&comma; kicked a cooler containing ice and canned drinks at Corporal Watters&comma; which struck him in the leg&period; LaShonda Dyson then returned to the large crowd&period; Deputies arrived on the scene&comma; located LaShonda Dyson&comma; and attempted to place her under arrest&period; La Shonda Dyson resisted arrest by pulling away from Deputy Lance&period; She then fell to the ground and refused to walk&period; As Deputy Lance escorted LaShonda Dyson to his police car&comma; she turned and spat in his face&period; While deputies were attempting to gain control of LaShonda Dyson&comma; suspect <strong>Shaun Darnell Dyson&comma; 33&comma; of Lexington Park<&sol;strong>&comma; became enraged and struck a door to the residence with his fist&period; Shaun Dyson was placed under arrest&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Both suspects were transported to the St&period; Mary’s County Detention Center&period; LaShonda Dyson was charged with 2<sup>nd<&sol;sup> Degree Assault and Resisting Arrest&period; Shaun Dyson was charged with Property Destruction and Disorderly Conduct&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h2>Not giving a hoot about a Judge&&num;8217&semi;s order to stay away and other paths to success<&sol;h2>&NewLine;<p>LEXINGTON PARK&comma; MD&period; – St&period; Mary&&num;8217&semi;s Sheriff Tim Cameron reports the arrest of a man who allegedly violated a court order to stay the hell away from a applicant for a court order to keep the man the hell away and &&num;8230&semi;&period; well&comma; here is the rest of the story&period;  On April 13&comma; 2014&comma; Deputy Cole was patrolling in the area of Spinnaker Circle in Lexington Park&comma; when he observed the victim seated in a vehicle at the victim’s residence&period; Deputy Cole then saw suspect&comma; <strong>Bobby Raymond Davis&comma; 28&comma; of Lexington Park<&sol;strong>&comma; standing in front of the same residence&period; When Davis saw Deputy Cole he fled on foot&period; Deputy Cole determined Davis was at the residence in violation of an active protective order&period; He located Davis and placed him under arrest&period; Davis was transported to the St&period; Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Protective Order Violation&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<figure id&equals;"attachment&lowbar;3558" aria-describedby&equals;"caption-attachment-3558" style&equals;"width&colon; MD&period; – St&period; Mary&&num;8217&semi;s County Sheriff Tim Cameron reports that on April 13&comma; 2014&comma; Deputy Harris made contact with a victim who alleged suspect <strong>Francis Xavier Jones&comma; 28&comma; of Lexington Park<&sol;strong>&comma; contacted the victim in violation of an active peace order&period; The investigation revealed Jones created a fake Facebook account and used it to contact with victim&period; Jones was located and placed under arrest&period; He was transported to the St&period; Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Peace Order&colon; Fail to Comply&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<figure id&equals;"attachment&lowbar;3559" aria-describedby&equals;"caption-attachment-3559" style&equals;"width&colon; tangled and kept prisoner<&sol;strong><&sol;em><br &sol;>&NewLine;CALIFORNIA&comma; MD&period;  – Police report that a suspect allegedly held a victim prisoner in a bedroom for hours and battered the victim with a glass container prior to administering a good choking&period;   On April 12&comma; 2014&comma; Deputy Fennessey responded to a residence on Town Creek Drive for a reported assault&period; The victim alleged suspect <strong>Darius Devaughn Gross&comma; 21&comma; of California<&sol;strong>&comma; struck the victim in the head with a glass container and strangled the victim with his hands during an argument&period; The victim then attempted to leave the bedroom for several hours&semi; however Gross continued to restrain the victim&period; Eventually&comma; the victim was able to exit the room only to be followed by Gross&period; The victim then called 9 1 1 and Gross fled the scene&period; Deputy Fennessey observed several injuries on the victim consistent with the assault&period; Deputies attempted to locate Gross for several hours without success&period; At 10&colon;15AM the same day&comma; Deputy Fennessey observed Gross in the passenger seat of a vehicle traveling east on Great Mills Road&period;  Deputy Fennessey stopped the vehicle and placed Gross under arrest without incident&period; Gross was transported to the St&period; Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with 1<sup>st<&sol;sup> and 2<sup>nd<&sol;sup> Degree Assault and False Imprisonment&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
