<p>ATLANTA, GA. —Special Agent in Charge J. Britt Johnson, FBI Atlanta Field Office, requests the public’s assistance in locating the following federal fugitive charged with vehicular homicide that took the life of a 16-year-old young man in 2000.</p>
<p>On June 16, 2000, in Gilmer County, Georgia, <strong>Billy Inman </strong>had stopped for a red light behind another vehicle at an intersection. Inman was accompanied by his son, wife, and dog. While waiting at the intersection, Inman’s vehicle was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by <strong>Gonzalez Gonzalo Harrell</strong>. The speedometer of Harrell’s vehicle was later found to be fixed at approximately 62 miles per hour.</p>
<p>The collision caused by Harrell killed Inman’s 16-year-old son, <strong>Dustin Inman</strong>, and their family dog. Inman’s wife sustained lifelong crippling injuries. Both Inman and Harrell were transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.</p>
<p>During medical treatment, Harrell fled the hospital.</p>
<p>On January,19, 2001, Harrell was indicted by a Gilmer County, Georgia grand jury charging him with homicide by vehicle in the first degree (one count), serious injury by vehicle (two counts), and reckless driving (one count).</p>
<p>On June 2, 2002, a federal Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant was obtained by FBI Atlanta’s Rome Resident Agency.</p>
