Deputies learned that Angel Lynn Pinder, 29 of Cordova, MD had been assaulted by her live in boyfriend, Chase Alexander Dilts, 26 of Cordova, MD. Information showed Dilts returned to the residence they shared after a night of drinking and a verbal altercation turned physical. An arrest warrant was issued charging Dilts with assault first degree, assault second degree, reckless endangerment, false imprisonment and malicious destruction of property. Dilts was arrested, processed and taken before a District Court Commissioner who ordered him held on a $15,000.00 bond. Neither party required medical attention as a result of the assault.</p>
<p><strong>Cain and Able didn&#8217;t have a pellet gun</strong>&#8230;but Dain&#8217;s brother did&#8230;<br />
 On September 21, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff&#8217;s Office were called to the 12000 block of Three Bridges Branch for an assault complaint. At a private residence, Deputies were advised by Dain Ryan Zeleny that his brother shot him with a pellet rifle from a second floor window. Deputies observed a hole in Dain Zeleny&#8217;s foot consistent with being shot by a pellet. Austin Matthew Zeleny, 23 of Cordova, MD was located and arrested being charged with second degree assault. Dain Zeleny was transported to Easton Memorial Hospital where he was treated and released. Austin Zeleny was processed and taken before a District Court Commissioner who released him on his personal recognizance.<br />
<strong>Beat it, copper!</strong><br />
On September 21, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff&#8217;s Office stopped a motor vehicle on Glebe Road near Goldsborough Neck Road for speeding. The operator of the vehicle, Gregory Darnell Alsup, 48 of St Michaels, MD was found to be transporting a child not secured in a child safety seat and did not have his vehicle registration card on demand of the Deputy. As the Deputy was issuing three citations to Alsup, he became enraged and punched the Deputy in the arm. The Deputy advised Alsup he was under arrest; however Alsup continued to attack and resisted a lawful arrest. The Deputy called for assistance and was able to secure Alsup with the assistance of Easton Police Officers. Alsup was charged with Assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting a lawful arrest, fail to obey a reasonable order by a police officer and assault second degree. Alsup was seen by a District Court Commissioner who ordered him held at the Talbot County Detention Center on a $15,000 bond.</p>
