<p><figure id&equals;"attachment&lowbar;2850" aria-describedby&equals;"caption-attachment-2850" style&equals;"width&colon; 220px" class&equals;"wp-caption alignleft"><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;the-chesapeake&period;com&sol;&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2013&sol;09&sol;Chesapeake-Today-Sept-2013-front-page&period;jpg"><img src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;the-chesapeake&period;com&sol;&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2013&sol;09&sol;Chesapeake-Today-Sept-2013-front-page-220x300&period;jpg" alt&equals;"" title&equals;"Chesapeake Today Sept 2013 front page" width&equals;"220" height&equals;"300" class&equals;"size-medium wp-image-2850" &sol;><&sol;a><figcaption id&equals;"caption-attachment-2850" class&equals;"wp-caption-text">Available on newsstands all over Southern Maryland<&sol;figcaption><&sol;figure>On September 19&comma; Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff&&num;8217&semi;s Office responded to the 12000 block of Connolly Road for a domestic assault&period; Deputies learned that Angel Lynn Pinder&comma; 29 of Cordova&comma; MD had been assaulted by her live in boyfriend&comma; Chase Alexander Dilts&comma; 26 of Cordova&comma; MD&period; Information showed Dilts returned to the residence they shared after a night of drinking and a verbal altercation turned physical&period; An arrest warrant was issued charging Dilts with assault first degree&comma; assault second degree&comma; reckless endangerment&comma; false imprisonment and malicious destruction of property&period; Dilts was arrested&comma; processed and taken before a District Court Commissioner who ordered him held on a &dollar;15&comma;000&period;00 bond&period; Neither party required medical attention as a result of the assault&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Cain and Able didn&&num;8217&semi;t have a pellet gun<&sol;strong>&&num;8230&semi;but Dain&&num;8217&semi;s brother did&&num;8230&semi;<br &sol;>&NewLine; On September 21&comma; Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff&&num;8217&semi;s Office were called to the 12000 block of Three Bridges Branch for an assault complaint&period; At a private residence&comma; Deputies were advised by Dain Ryan Zeleny that his brother shot him with a pellet rifle from a second floor window&period; Deputies observed a hole in Dain Zeleny&&num;8217&semi;s foot consistent with being shot by a pellet&period; Austin Matthew Zeleny&comma; 23 of Cordova&comma; MD was located and arrested being charged with second degree assault&period; Dain Zeleny was transported to Easton Memorial Hospital where he was treated and released&period; Austin Zeleny was processed and taken before a District Court Commissioner who released him on his personal recognizance&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Beat it&comma; copper&excl;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;On September 21&comma; Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff&&num;8217&semi;s Office stopped a motor vehicle on Glebe Road near Goldsborough Neck Road for speeding&period; The operator of the vehicle&comma; Gregory Darnell Alsup&comma; 48 of St Michaels&comma; MD was found to be transporting a child not secured in a child safety seat and did not have his vehicle registration card on demand of the Deputy&period; As the Deputy was issuing three citations to Alsup&comma; he became enraged and punched the Deputy in the arm&period; The Deputy advised Alsup he was under arrest&semi; however Alsup continued to attack and resisted a lawful arrest&period; The Deputy called for assistance and was able to secure Alsup with the assistance of Easton Police Officers&period; Alsup was charged with Assault on a law enforcement officer&comma; resisting a lawful arrest&comma; fail to obey a reasonable order by a police officer and assault second degree&period; Alsup was seen by a District Court Commissioner who ordered him held at the Talbot County Detention Center on a &dollar;15&comma;000 bond&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
