<p>An NRP officer observed a vehicle driving through a cultivated field on Maryland Line Road at Edgar Price Road near Warwick, Md. During the incident, NRP also arrested James Paul Bullins, 39, of Townsend, Del., on an outstanding warrant from the District Court of Maryland. <p><strong>Montgomery</strong><strong> County – </strong>On November 5 at 4:00 p.m., NRP charged Rigoberto Betancourth Gonzalez, 43, of Silver Spring, Md.; Carlos Rodriguez Pineda, 25, of Tacoma Park, Md.; and Arnoldo Larios Soto, 32, of Silver Spring, Md., with poaching violations when officers responded to a complaint on West Harris Road in Barnesville, Md.</p>
<p>The investigation revealed that the men entered onto private property carrying two rifles and killed two whitetail deer. Gonzalez and Soto were charged with hunting without a license, hunting on private lands without permission, hunting with a rifle in a county restricted to shotgun only and hunting deer during closed season. Pineda, Gonzalez, and Soto were also charged with possession of untagged deer parts. A January 11, 2011 court date in the District Court of Maryland in Silver Spring has been set.</p>
<p><strong>Montgomery</strong><strong> County &#8211; </strong>On November 11, 2010 at 10:54 p.m., NRP charged Jose Argueta Rodriguez, 38; Gustavo Adolfo Iglesias, 40; and Jose Alcides Vigil, 31, all of Hyattsville, Md., with casting the rays of artificial light with a weapon in possession (commonly referred to as jacklighting). The offense occurred on West Offutt Road, Poolesville, Md. <p><strong>Somerset</strong><strong> County – </strong>On November 16 at 2:30 p.m., NRP charged Patrick Barlet Murphy, 48, of Tilghman Island, Md., with possession of undersize oysters in Kedges Straits, near Crisfield.</p>
<p><strong>Worcester</strong><strong> County &#8211; </strong>NRP reminds fisherman that the season for black sea bass in Maryland opened on November 1, and will close on December 31. Sea bass must be at least 12.5 inches long measured from the tip of the nose to the end of the tail, excluding the filament. A person may possess a maximum of 25 sea bass per day. On November 6, the following individuals were cited for possessing under size sea bass.
