Murder USA: Murder suspect showed his hand at emergency room; trades stitches for handcuffs

The preliminary investigation reveals the fatal shootings occurred following an argument involving the suspect and victims. During that dispute, the suspect, James, was also shot in the hand. He walked into a hospital for treatment a short time later. Once he was released, he was taken into custody.
