Prince Georges Police Beat: cops seek cell phone store robber who sought “Redemption” at gunpoint

Prince George’s Police report that a suspect this week should be seeking redemption. He wore a shirt with the word “redemption” when he committed an armed robbery at an Oxon Hill cell phone store. On Monday, he walked into the store in the 5100 block of Indian Head Highway at about 10:15 am, displayed a gun and demanded cash. No one was hurt in the robbery. ST. INIGOES, MD. – St. Mary’s County Sheriff Tim Cameron reports that an argument over a lost welfare card resulted in fisticuffs and handcuffs.

According to the Sheriff, on July 20, 2015, Deputy Roszell responded to the 15000 block of Point Lookout Road in St. Inigoes, for a reported assault. The victim reported he was involved in an argument with a relative over a lost Independence card when he was assaulted by suspect Patrick Shawn Dowell, 25, of St. Inigoes.

RANDALLSTOWN, MD. — A woman that police believe shot and killed Lonnie B. Paye Jr., of Randallstown has been nabbed in Michigan. News reports in Michigan state Maryland court records do not yet show an arrest warrant for Deidra Griffin as the warrants could be sealed until officers notify the court that she has been apprehended.
